On Wednesday afternoon, Year 5 were excited to host their Anglo-Saxon and Viking themed Fantastic Finish Learning Exhibition. Parents and other family members came to share the learning that all of the children had enjoyed last term; with books, jewellery and work on display to show their impressive historical and creative achievements. As part of the fun, there were plenty of learning experiences to be completed including: rune letter writing, an archaeological dig to find artefacts and ordering a historical timeline. In addition to all this, there was a selfie station to dress up like a Viking and create rather fetching snapshots! Thank you to everyone who joined in the fun, it was a celebration to remember.
