On Friday, our children (and staff) were very excited to take part in our very first WJS Race for Life event. Mr Warne had marked out on our field a course for the children to either run, jog or walk. Supporting the Cancer Research Charity the children were allowed to wear either their school PE kits or other suitable pink items! It was great to see everyone having fun and enjoying some exercise. Thank you in particular to Miss Porter who arranged the event. We hope the children are all proud of their medals and we are looking forward to counting up the sponsorship money which is due to be returned to school with forms by Friday 3rd November; as ever, thank you for your continued support, it really is greatly appreciated.
