On Wednesday afternoon our amazing School Councillors across the federation put on their judging hats for our annual WHT Showcase. In addition to our judges, the event was made all the more special with the attendance of staff across the school and Mr Furness (one of our governors). Our talented finalists from across all of our year groups performed their varied talents to an awestruck whole school audience! As in previous years acts once again varied greatly from our favourites of musicians and singers, to gymnasts and actors as well as some new additions of karate, rubix cube solving and even sign language and virtual horse riding! We were all captivated by the level of talent, enthusiasm and confidence these bold pupils demonstrated and we were keen to show our appreciation through our clapping and cheering.
To add to the suspense , the winner(s) will be announced when we are back after half term following the strict collation and verification of the final scores – who will be crowned the WHT Champion 2025? But for now I
must say that I could not be prouder of each and every participant, I think they are all superstars!
