Early this week, the whole school enjoyed an
inspirational assembly led by Sarah Chapman who is a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Champion. She gives informative talks to promote an interest in science and dispel the stereotypical image of a scientist; we were fortunate to have this thought provoking opportunity! Through a combination of sharing information about the great range of science orientated jobs that are available today, to explaining how in terms of fashion clothes can be recycled and demonstrating a scientific method to clean a unicorn! Who knows we could have a scientist of the future in our school?!
