To once again celebrate a love of poetry, all of our classes have been planning and preparing for our annual Poetry Slam! Each one selected a poem to learn by heart to perform to the school for our competition. School Council representatives from across the federation (as well as Dexter!) had the privilege of being our esteemed judges as they considered and scored each performance’s volume, expression, actions and overall performance. All of the classes recitals were full of enthusiasm and it was lovely to see such pride in their final performances. As always, the standard was high and great fun was had by all!
