On Wednesday, 22nd May, our Netball Team (Noah Blues, Harry Brown, Emily Gray, Katie Monger, Anya Rimmer, Jason Sabatakakis, Gabby Stephenson and Honey Vandensteen) played against Hawley Primary School in the last match of the season. The weather was finally fine so after being rearranged three times, the match went ahead at last! It proved to be worth waiting for… In the 1st quarter, we had the upper hand with 1 goal, scored by Honey. Then in the 2nd quarter we racked up a magnificent score with a further 3 goals. The 3rd quarter saw Hawley managing to score 1 goal whilst Emily and Katie scored another 2 goals for Westfields. We were all delighted that when the final whistle blew, the final score was a most impressive 7-1 but most importantly we have all loved playing for the school team!
