On Thursday morning, we were delighted to welcome some members of the press to school. As previously mentioned, we had been asked by a local charity ’CYCLESMART’ to host an assembly about cycle helmet safety. We were only too pleased to accept as road safety is such an important part of the children’s education. Ten of our pupils across the school took up the invitation to bring their bikes (and helmets!) into school and be part of the campaign which was aired on television last night.
