On Monday 26th February, the atmosphere of our Compute With Me Workshop buzzed with excitement as parents and children delved into the fascinating world of Micro:bit Boards! Together, they navigated the intricacies of coding, crafting interactive games like “Which Way Next?” and the thrilling “Reaction Game” using Micro:bit classroom resources. Throughout the session, our digital leaders, with their adept skills and boundless enthusiasm, provided invaluable support and guidance, ensuring every participant felt empowered to explore and create; they were a credit to WJS. It was such a pleasure to see everyone succeed (despite a couple of technological glitches!) and I hope that it gave a great insight into the wonderful world of coding at Westfields!
