On Tuesday morning our fabulous School Councillors participated in an interactive online workshop hosted at the Houses of Parliament! The session gave councillors the opportunity to extend their knowledge and understanding about democracy and how the Government makes bills and laws. The children discovered the roles, differences and traditions of the House of Commons and the House of Lords; they also discovered how their role in our School Council was similar to that of MPs.
