On Monday I accompanied our WJS team from Year 5 and 6 to Fernhill Secondary School to compete in a North East Hampshire Badminton Festival. The children had a wonderful time practising their skills and working with partners in rallies. They then competed against four other schools in mini matches to apply what they had learnt. As expected, the group were fantastic Westfields ambassadors in relation to their sporting attitudes and enthusiasm. It was a pleasure to take them!
