Today 5DC performed their “out of this world” Class Assembly all about their current Science topic, Space. They revisited the famous 1969 Moon landings involving Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins. After a fabulous re-enactment of this historic event, they performed the classic song Walking on the Moon by the Police. The audience were then informed of the planets in our solar system, the children giving fabulous facts about each one. They rounded off their performance with an enthusiastic rendition of Sam Ryders’ Eurovision hit Spaceman. Well done 5DC for a thoroughly fantastic and informative assembly.
