As this calendar year draws to an end, it is imperative that I say a few ‘thank yous’. As always, our wonderful lunchtime team did a brilliant job of preparing an absolutely delicious Christmas Lunch attended of course by the big man himself, Father Christmas. I must also mention our super PAWS Team for all of their support with the fun-filled events this term including the rather noisy Christmas Discos (DJ’d by
none-other-than our very own Mr Farrer!) that were attended by no less than 243 children! As always, I am also so grateful to the WJS Dream Team who have gone above and beyond this term to ensure that every single pupil has enjoyed another valuable, memorable and exciting term – I greatly appreciate how fortunate we all are to have such a highly committed and professional team who give so much to the wonderful world of Westfields. Similarly, I would like to express our appreciation to our governors, who as volunteers give up so much time for the good of our school and federation; Westfields is certainly lucky to have such dedicated support. Finally, I would like to thank you for all of your support and engagement this term, it has been a pleasure to welcome so many of you to our varied events and share your children’s exciting learning journeys.
